KNITTING YARN 2-ply
Strong and shiny ryawool. Ewes and lambswool mixed. Suitable for knitting coarse sweaters or socks. Beautiful in wowen fabrics. When tightly woven, this yarn makes the fabric nearly waterproof!
Natural black, brown or black with grey-tones.
Approx 2100 m/kg. Needles nr 2,5-3,5.
Gauge: stockinette on needles nr 3: 22 st=10 cm.
Brown yarn can be dyed. Natural black yarn ages beautifully, it turns blackish-brown as it matures. If black yarn is dyed (black) this quality is lost.
